Right now it's illegal to even have sex in the same room as a child.

I guess it's kind of a gray area where context is taken into account. Obviously parents fuck in front of their babies all the time without issue, but if you go talking to CPS about how you and your spouse regularly fuck in direct view of an older child you're probably gonna get hit with some kind of abuse or indecent exposure type charge and have your kids taken away.
