What is Dr Robert Epstein view on teenagers having older partners?

Hi there,
I don’t know if many people know much about Robert Epstein who challenges societies attitudes about teenagers and believes they are just as competent (or more) than many adults.
I wanted to know what would his view be regarding teenagers being in romantic relationships with people much older. I thought I saw an article on the internet but can’t seem to find it.
