Re: Gay Rollback Is Coming (And That's A Good Thing)

Thanks for the reply.

I'm not a data scientist or statistician but I wouldn't take any poll from within a MAP forum as representative of anything other than the composition within that organization given that the internet and organizations in general have filtering processes etc.

Yeah, that's ...

Site in Spanish

As some of you know, I've launched a website in Spanish. For the moment it includes just some basic info about MAPs. There is a blog too, currently empty.

Re: Gay Rollback Is Coming (And That's A Good Thing)

I don't care too much about gay marriage itself (although I support it right now), but if we regress to a time without gay marriage (in those parts of the world where it's a thing) it will be because homophobia has increased, and people will be more vigilant about deviant sexualities in general ...

Re: Why no more humans attracted to chimpanzees and bonobos?

It might have to do with the uncanny valley effect. Another ape similar to us but with significant differences is liable to trigger the same parts of our brain that creeps people out when they see a human corpse or someone experiencing a deadly pathogenic disease.

Another possibility lies with a ...

Re: The discussion of Pedophilia VS Hebephilia [No one ever talks about this]

it reduces consciousness among hebephiles because they might not fully take the hint. They are not technically pedophiles, after all. In fact, I'd bet if "hebephile" was used as an insult it would not be strong at all because the target could own it, and it would make people reconsider if ...

Why no more humans attracted to chimpanzees and bonobos?

Wild mules exist as far as I know, so it's likely that mares and asses could be attracted to each other. So if inter-species attraction between close relatives is a thing, why does it seem to be so rare among zoophiles, as far as I know?

While I see the obvious evolutionary reasons why people would ...

Re: The discussion of Pedophilia VS Hebephilia [No one ever talks about this]

My impression is that hebephiles might actually the main targets of pedo hate (simply because they are more numerous, I'm not saying pedophiles are less hated than hebephiles of course). That's why "pedophile" is the chosen word against hebephiles: it reduces consciousness among hebephiles because ...

Re: What's the primary reason this site isn't more popular?

There's no collective MAP consciousness. Individual MAPs are either in denial, accept the stigmatized position they are given as inevitable (or a valid ethical compromise, or they are too afraid to challenge it), or are just more focused on their own lives (whether they seek YFs or not) than on ...
