Alice in Wonderland & Peter Pan

Post by mrlolicon93 »

These stories seem to be very popular in the map community Alice in Wonderland for girl lovers and Peter Pan for boy lovers.

Why do maps seem to connect with these stories?

Lewis Carroll and JM Barrie are thought to be a pedophiles. The evidence is stronger for Lewis Carroll than for JM Barrie.

Regarding Peter Pan, Wendy's attempt to kiss Peter (the boy who never grows up) captures unrequited love for a child. Sexual desire for the "asexual".
Alice in Wonderland isn't really suggestive in that way, so I think it's primarily about Carroll's own relationship to children.

I knew about Lewis Carroll and his friendship with Alice Liddell but didn't know about Jim Barrie interesting.

Yeah, I think it's a big part of why Michael Jackson gave off "pedo" vibes. Naming a residence after Neverland and having a bunch of children stay with you seems quite suggestive of being a MAP.
