Is there a chance I'm on a watch list or being monitored? Any way I can find that out?

But I want to be on a list I want to be monitored I just love the risk yes I am fully aware I will be arrested and I want that. How can I see if I'm under surveillance any tips?

I've recently told my partner that Im extremely turned on by children, and he still loves me. Im extremely lucky to have have tbh.
