I posted this article before I knew the details. Even if it WAS rape, I believe he's done his time and should be free to participate in society. But the more I read about it the less it seemed like rape.

Yet few see his tears as legitimate nor deserved. Without even knowing the story, thinking his former lover self harmed because of the trauma of the "rape" rather than the trauma of his arrest, people continue to criticize. Obviously the violent rape of a 12 year old would be a horrible crime warranting more than a year in prison. This was not that, though.

Hell, if what that nice looking young man did is going to be called rape, then I wish he would have raped me instead.
