An Update & A Podcast

Hello everyone!

I haven't posted on the forum in maybe a month or so.. for a few reasons.. for one, when this site was down I was scrambling to find peers to connect with. And I ended up joining Visions of Alice. And it's been really nice to meet other's that have my exact same attraction to LG's.

Also, the last month has been extremely busy in my personal life.. with a lot of family stuff and work responsibilities.

With that said, I wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing good. And also share this podcast I've been working on.

As many of you know, there's a place called Free Speech Tube that has been very tolerant to our kind.

Where brave, intelligent and articulate Maps like Little Nicky and Fragment were conducting interviews.

So, it got me thinking.. maybe it's time to tell my story too.

With that said.. I posted a podcast recently.. it's about an hour long and it details my personal experience with childhood sexual contact and coming to terms with my orientation as a pedophile.

I am also currently working on the next episode right now.
The next episode is taking some time because there's quite a bit of information I want to get in there... And writing, voicing and editing is time consuming. (I'm roughly halfway through the entire process, and I'm really hoping to have the second episode out by this time next week)

I also want to mention that I'm living in my car.. and it's been that way for about a year and a half now. I'm not looking for any sympathy.. but just want you to understand that it adds another layer of complexity to my particular situation.

I really don't have a private place to speak out loud and tell my story.. but I'm making it work, and the first episode came out pretty good, so I'm confident the second one will be too.

I'm really glad to see that the site is back up and going strong!

Did fstube remove recently the option to download? I usually download the videos from fstube, extract the audio and listen during commute... But for some reason I cannot find the download menu.

EDIT: I just noticed that the "Download" button is available on other videos. Did you intentionally choose to make it not downloadable? Or is it a quirk of fstube?

You are correct, I did initially deactivate the download feature. But I just updated the setting, and it should be good now.

I was actually trying to listen back to it earlier, and play back on FST can be a little spotty, even with good internet.. so, hopefully this will make it easier for people to listen!

Thank you for turning the download option back on! Yes, downloading bypasses these kind of issues. For me it is also important because fstube doesn't seem to work properly on Tor browser.

I finally got a chance to listen to your podcast. Thanks again for speaking out: in an internet world full of fake-shows, where trust is constantly challenged, I consider hearing real voices incredibly valuable and desperately needed.

I appreciated the initial discussion about certain celebrities potentially being pedophiles and how this could serve as an example of how pedophilia can be associated with good people. But, yes, there is always the question: if a good person were to declare that they are a pedophile, would it lead to a greater understanding and acceptance of pedophilia, or would it result in the disgraceful thought "sh/e was not a good person after all"? ... As it sadly happened in your case, and I'm very sorry for that!

That said, I think it is very important to come out to trusted people. I'm continuously evaluating the possibility to come out to some members of my family or close friends, but, tasting the ground with provocative remarks and assertions here and there, the feedback I got so far make me more dubious than not about coming out with them.
