Forum connection timeout

I believe this forum is preventing some users from accessing it due to some technical issue.
For some, the connection never finishes and then times out. I believe that, like last time, the anti-DDOS system is selecting the IP addresses of legitimate users and dropping the connection for them.

This keeps happening to me. The entire server appears completely inaccessible, it doesn't even show an error message, the IP just never responds at all. I thought the server was down the first time it happened, but it happened over and over in the last few days, didn't seem to happen to anyone else, and it was always after viewing certain pages in the User Control Panel that has lots of images linked, so it's clearly some kind of flood protection. You should just remove all these images if they cause such a problem.
