This looks like a serious threat to almost all our sites. Everyone should be alerted at all our platforms and respond to protect our online presence.BLueRibbon wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 4:04 am https://www.reddit.com/r/Epstein/commen ... y_network/

There are always vigilante's like this, they pop up believing the Internet makes them invisible and they're somehow gifted at leaving no metadata, then clone a bunch of OSINT repo's in the ProjectDiscovery org to carry out OSINT just to try to hurt people (yes, you know you did), leave ports such as 22 hanging open and think just because they run Linux at home then it's all magically secure, then try to present it all as journalism and protecting the vulnerable when everyone knows it's just plain old vigilantism.
But look at his investigation. Everything presented is already public, the hosting, DNS records, history, it's all public. I read his big reveal and didn't read one thing that wasn't already public.
What amazing insights is he reporting?
He's quoting a map blog, that's literally someone posting publicly about himself, and claiming it as a discovery.
He's quoting a public website and complaining that it's run by someone with a prior conviction. Yep, he did a crime and did the time, so nothing of interest here.
He's quoting a post on a public forum as a reason to take down the forum. That's the equivalent of saying "someone posted a Tweet about ISIS so x.com needs taking down and Elon Musk arresting".
He's reporting history that's already documented in various places. Where is it reported? In a journal maybe? In an FBI file? No, on a personal blog on the most basic of CMS systems.
Really? This is what passes for investigation and journalism these days? That's kind of reassuring, it means most people with even the most basic of educations have a career to fall back on.
At the end of his amateur rant, a request to spam the DNS registrars and hosts. Actually if their terms were being breached then this wouldn't be required, a single request would be sufficient. But he knows they're not doing anything wrong, and his own requests haven't worked, so in desperation he's hoping a spam attack, a sort of DDoS of emails will get them to act. They won't, there's little point trying to DDoS email Cloudflare, it's literally their business to deal with such situations. That just comes across as desperate and admitting failure.
If it wasn't him it would be someone else. Hacktivists and suicide hackers are always dangerous, not out of competence but because they'll do anything for the attention, even silly and self destructive actions. He's desperate for the likes and recognition of Reddit users, that should tell you enough about him. There's nothing published that should a pose a threat to anyone. Sure it's embarrassing to have history dragged up again, but even commentators are mostly turning away and don't want to get involved.
I'd use this as an opportunity to re-evaluate your hosting and security and to think about backup plans. What if a host did strangely cave in to such silly pressure? How can you manage a domain that can't be taken down? You know you only rent a domain name, but some domains can be bought, as in pay once and own forever, and there are many ways to host, not every kind of hosting needs a server. Even consider challenging the article, through partners, to highlight the destructive nature of what he's suggesting and the futility of it.
Anyway, that's enough from me, it just annoys me when such amateurs attack groups, any groups, from immigrants to gay rights groups to map sites. It also annoys me to see such sloppy posts passed off as independent journalism when there are really talented journalists producing and posting genuinely quality articles on genuinely real subjects such as wars and the struggles of the homeless and low income families.

Take sensible precautions but don't panic. I know being a map site means these sites are in a precarious situation at all times, and it doesn't take something truly big to be a danger, and so this is a real danger to treat seriously, but also keep it in proportion.galileo2333 wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 8:11 pmThis looks like a serious threat to almost all our sites. Of course, that kind of fall back career depends on you having the moral backbone of a wet noodle, so less reassuring than I'd like it to be. It's astounding to see the payouts the best grifters get compared to those doing real work in journalismCantChainTheSpirit wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 9:29 pm Really? Just a message in case some of those self-righteous on Reddit happen to pass by...
We suffer at the mere thought of a child being hurt. How dare you call us 'child offenders' and 'criminals'?

All he did was connect dots on public information. It does not take a genius to do this.
He's gunning for me in particular, and I'm not losing sleep over it.

This was a funny read.
Try again later, I'm sure if you do the same thing expecting a different result it'll turn out better!
That's because there's nothing illegal happening. You can complain all you want, but we will still exist. Advocating for a change in laws is not illegal, nor is having a certain opinion/viewpoint, no matter how much you dislike it.I have reported almost all of these sites to multiple different government agencies and heard back crickets.
