I have had dreams in the past that fits the description of the title. Extremely humiliating but am I wrong for having some excitement from this.

I think a better question is what do you find so exciting about it? Is it specifically the humiliation aspect of it? Or perhaps you subconsciously think your dad is pretty hot?

Really let loose and see if you can process it. Or, if it's not a big deal to you, ignore the dreams.

It isn't wrong, if you look at adult alternative lifestyles there's all kinds of things most people would consider weird.
