in Spain there is an small controversy (mainly within Far-right circles) about a clip from a podcast (Special People Club Podcast) where an LGBTQ activist and writer Miguel Agnes proposed giving seized CP to MAPs to prevent them from having sex with kids IRL

It's a good argument for lefty activists to make from a war game perspective - it forces their opponents to make victim-centered voodoo harm arguments usually employed by liberals and feminists.

It's an amusing argument to hear about, because it's 'benefit' to MAPs is based on an 'anti' worldview: that MAPs are inherently dangerous to kids unless they are 'pacified' by some means. And while child c0rn is surely better than castration, the reinforcement of that false premise might cause worse problems. I tend to reject any 'solutions' based on the false framing that MAPs are an inherent danger to kids.
