I find it amusing that this sentence is so vague it can be taken both ways, either someone being forced out of the labor market due to disability, personal beliefs, or marginalization, or it could be someone who's a capitalist extracting from others' labor and sitting at home with a trust fund.

Legally they couldn't sack me for that but they could find an excuse to, I don't think it would be good for promotion or career progression prospects.
But if it was my business, I wouldn't sack someone for it.

Likewise. I am lowkey afraid of a few of my coworkers way more than I'm afraid of management though. People who have kids and imagine MAPs as all serial killers who will rape their kin to death can be absolutely violent and scary.

Not necessarily when it comes to disability and identity marginalization, but society definitely treats the wealthy and jobless differently from people who are impoverished or homeless and unemployed.
