If ACSR is so harmless then why do victims report pedos to the police?

I think society has a large part in it, for homosexual relationships, both people were considered bad and inhumane, ACSR have more space to be abusive, even if it's rarer than society makes it out to be, you can't deny that the adult has way more power over the minor, while that is a very small percent, I also believe that can tie in with the fact society has convinced AAMs that they are always in danger and are "little babies that must not be hurt!!!" and that they're gullible for engaging in a ACSR, they are more likely to give into the pressure and report, even if the relationship is 100% consensual. Society just doesn't believe we (AAMs) have the ability to comprehend relationships.
