Not necessarily. The fear isn't actually true fear, at least not for the toxic types who use these labels. They fear losing control over their kids, they fear exposure as emotional/physical child abusers. It's never about the child but their own social status. I've done research into this subject of antis, and many share traits with cluster B personality disorders. Thats what made me realize alot of anti map hatred and anti c talking points, if not all, arent actually based on “protecting” children from “harm”, its just based on disgust, since they dont afford that same hysteria to the physical or emotional abuse of minors, hell, even child murders, no ones banning people for playing Five Nights at Freddys because it normalizes abusing and killing children. No one bans karate classes for minors because adults are getting physically aggressive with minors. AMSC and PIM and even artificial representations are banned because it MIGHT harm a child, yet hitting and beating kids and playing child murder simulation games is A ok, which was the final kicking to my anti c view points and made me realize

Hopefully this will at least serve to radicilize more people and open up their eyes that none of the anti talking points are actually based on keeping anyone safe, its just based on maintaining the sexual purity and virginity based anti premarital sex anti non procreational sex, bodily pleasure fearing christian values of the past.

A few more traits are extreme projection of faults on others and high drives to control and manipulate people, so they take someone who they suspect is a pedophile, bait them and twist their words around to make them look like a pedophile, or get them to admit they are one. They get their victims to say things they do not mean and use it against them or twist their words around. VERY common among antis.
These are not normal people, they are not normies. They are very sick, but according to research it can be genetic, and isn't able to be cured at this time. It also explains their drive to jail or kill someone even if they've committed no crime due to their desire for cruelty. To them, how their mind works is equivalent to "thought crime". "You do something I don't like or makes me look bad, it damages my ego" which to them is equivalent to murder. They have extremely fragile egos which is part of the reason they cannot get enough attention and admiration.
