There are a well-publicized and heavily prosecuted group called Zoosadists who derive pleasure (some, with sexual arousal) from harming animals.

The vast majority of online, self-identified Zoosadists are anti-contact. The anti-contact group are often insistent that Zoosadism is a Zoophile identity and should be part of Zoophile communities, in much the same way Objectophiles lobbied to be recognized as a sexuality.

The Zoosadist fandom became well-known in MAP spaces, after a Zoosadist activist founded and ran a well-known MAP/Paraphile space for around 4 or 5 years until recently. It divides opinion, I guess.

I wouldn't call myself a zoophile in the same way I am a pedophile, but I do have something of a fetish for some kinds of bestiality, and I don't have any ethical hangups over sex with animals as long as the animal isn't being harmed. Which, in the case of most animals, is really as simple as looking at their body language and having basic common sense. It's not that hard to tell when an animal is in pain or stressed out. The whole "animals can't consent" line that people will throw out is even more ridiculous than when it's used for children, because depending on what consent is supposed to mean in this context it's either patently false or patently absurd. If consent just means simple willingness or assent then it's clearly not true. Dogs are very much willing to get erect and stick their penises into various things, including humans if given the chance. If it means informed consent in the sense we talk about adult humans giving informed consent then it's absurd, because dogs clearly cannot give informed consent to anything at all, being non-human animals who lack the capacity for abstract thought. That's not a serious ethical requirement for doing something with an animal. The only ethical consideration most people care about is if an animal is being needlessly harmed. And a dog fucking a human is not harmful to the dog if they're not being coerced into doing it.

Most people's stances on animal ethics are highly contradictory in general, not just when it comes to having sex with them. I'm not a vegan, but I think vegans are correct to say that non-vegans who oppose "animal abuse" while eating factory farmed meat are just blatant hypocrites who base their morality on arbitrary, irrational standards and don't take animal welfare seriously. I respect vegans who are serious about it, and I respect people who admit they don't really give a shit about animals one way or the other, but people who get all up in arms about how abusing dogs is evil while munching down on an omelet made with bacon and eggs from farm animals that were essentially tortured their whole lives in inhumane, miserable conditions so we can have cheap animal protein are annoying. Make up your mind, either you think animals are ethical subjects or you don't, but don't be all sanctimonious about it when your views aren't even internally consistent.

Anyway, I'm not really attracted to animals like I'm attracted to kids. It's more of a kink or fetish than an orientation. I think that certain animals with big cocks like dogs, wolves, horses, etc are hot, or more accurately, that seeing them ejaculate and mount people is hot. I have zero interest whatsoever in sticking my own penis inside an animal, but the idea of getting fucked by an animal penis or seeing that happen to someone else is kind of arousing.
