Surely I can't be the only one frustrated by all the 'contact is fine, penetration is not' for under 5s. A lot of people seem to forget that you can start with fingers and lots of lubricant ect.

I'd say that if such a world existed it would be a matter of individual concern and should be left up to the youth to decide after watching penetrative acts. I don't think when it comes to this that there's a universal age.

External contact is one thing. Internal could be uncomfortable for some at different ages.
