He's not even correct according to mainstream psychiatric consensus. The DSM-V does not consider pedophilia to be intrinsically disorderly. It distinguishes between pedophilia and pedophilic disorder based on the presence of distress and/or action. If any of these people being profiled are "non-offending" and do not find their attraction to be innately distressing, they would not qualify for a diagnosis of pedophillic disorder.
