Why did my sexual preferences change?

I'm a 20 year old male and before I was 16 I had a sexual preference for adult women especially with large butts and breasts, but when I was 16 I began to be attracted to girls with childlike features (small breasts, short height, cute face, lack of pubic / body hair, etc). I have a preference for girls who are 13 or younger. I notice I stare at girls with this body type a lot when I'm in public, whereas I dont stare at adult women that much.

I suspected it was from a porn addiction (I looked at loli hentai when I was 16) and that's when my preferences began to change. However, people told me that porn didnt change my preferences, I was always a pedophile but I just didnt discover it until I was 16. Is this true?

Nah, I don't think it's true, people change and society, environment and actions change them, even more when talking about sexual preferences. People often say that it's all natural because it makes it harder to critizise, and maybe it's good people think that way (¿?). But it's just false. The truth is that they change and can be changed, but that doesn't make it less of a human right to be able to express and partake in them if no one is hurt.

Basically what men feel for adult women i feel for girls of my preferred age range, intense love / attraction, i imagine cuddling and touching them and so on, and i rarely feel this way towards adult women even if I feel sexually attracted to them.

In my fantasies i also imagine myself as being much older than I am.

I dont fantasize about hurting or abusing children. However in some of my fantasies I fantasize about doing perverted things, such as touching the girl and making her blush, or chasing her around, or peeping on her changing, etc. Im not sure if most men fantasize about doing perverted things like this to adult women, so I dont know if it's normal.

The fact you imagine yourself as being significantly older than you are, shows there is a relational aspect driving your attraction. You are attracted to the difference in age, stature and experience between the main players in the act. Part of the attraction is that the girls are just discovering their sexuality, and you are facilitating this.

This is a rather normal thing among men and MAPs - some will fantasize about older teens. A lot of online media and the entertainment industry deliberately caters to these kind of sex drives.
