This is fucked all the way around.

First of all, anyone forced into unwanted sexual contact IS in fact rape.

Two 13yo boys who apparently were used to sexually playing with each other tried hazing other peers into sexual contact during a sleep over. Those other boys did not want it. These two boys were charged with rape and one of distribution of PIM because he filmed it and sent it to other students via Snapchat.

In watching this I noticed a few things. First, I do applaud the one officer for stating to one boy, that it was not his fault and if he did want to do it, there would be nothing wrong with that either. At least she is on record stating that MMSC is in fact ok. Also stating that gay sex is also ok, as well as any minor that wants to watch adult porn is ok.

What stood out to me though is that both boys (victims) had less of an issue with the actual acts than they did with the perception of their peers at school thinking that they were gay or doing "gay things". This is part of what is wrong with society and secondary harm. These boys were more traumatized from social opinion than with the acts they were forced to do. This is what needs to change. If any minor wishes to perform gay MMSC (even though they did not), then they should not be shunned by society or their peers. The antis are the one perpetuating this cycle. This is also why personally I needed, as a boy, to hide my own MMSC.

Additionally, the other issue and this was the focus of the officer's investigation, is when minors film themselves nude. Now if one minor does not want to be filmed, they should be allowed to remain unfilmed. However, given that 92% of PIM is self-generated, mostly solo, these minors can be charged with a felony and placed on a life-long SOR for simply photographing themselves nude, where there is no victim. This is just insane!

Lastly, lets examine the comment section of this video. I will not dive too deep, as you can read them yourself, but it is the usual non-nonsensical obligatory hat-tipping to the normative conformity tribal collective group-think, rather than any sort of critical thought. But what would you expect from the knuckle-dragging antis?

This comment particularly stood out to me: "The boys forcing and filming should be charged as sexual predators!!!! 13 is old enough to make sexual decisions and them forcing a kid to do what they did is criminal!!!!!"

I would ask this genius to evaluate his comment as its clear that he would very easily turn that around to also state that 13 would NOT be old enough to "make sexual decisions". Isn't that their entire argument for 18? Does he also have a record collection of Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis, both whom married 13yos? (Elvis started dating Priscilla at 13 and married her at 21).

Also, his extraneous exclamation points are telling of the level of hate over thought. That is exactly what its all about is hate, fear, control, power, and money. It was NEVER about protecting minors. Just remember that.

Now we will have two 13yos on the SOR for life for acting foolish because minors are infantilized to the point where they begin to act immature, instead of starting from a point of inclusion as humans in society where they are given respect and therefore return respect. Additionally, we have two more boys who will forever live their lives as socially driven "victims of abuse" because that's what society will force down their throats instead of treating it more along the lines as boys' horseplay gone too far.
