If they are true friends they shouldn't leave you. I came out to everyone about being a MAP, which is far worse seen and still a handful of my friends don't really care and just make fun of it.

Ig the culture of your country may be different tbh, specially if you're either from the US, a previous UK colony or a mostly traditional country

I still get bullied with jokes about dating teachers. Sometimes I get called a reverse pedophile, too. Accurate as it may be to some, it leaves me isolated and depressed. Once tried to od because of it. I'm glad people like you were so much luckier than me...

If you were public about your identity as an AAM, I wonder if your parents restricted your access because they were worried about bad effects coming to you from connecting with older people?

Still, having no friends IRL is very tough. And then being restricted from having online friends on top of that, makes that even worse. Sounds like a real shitty situation. But I hope you can hold on! You will get friends eventually.
