Imagine a situation where two people who both like each other and respect but neither of them know each others age. If both people participate in consensual sexual activities and both check with each other every now that they are ok and respectful but despite the ages of both parties being disclosed, surely that just proves age is irrelevant.
Also what are you views about people lying about their age if they are insecure about their age, they worry people will make assume stuff about them that may not be true or the someone older pretends to be much younger than they actually are (just say they look a lot older than they actually are) just to prove a point that age gap relationship between teenagers and adults are no different between two teenagers of the same age. Or a minor pretends to be above the legal age just to prove AMSC is not harmful to them.
