I managed to complete White 2 with a magnezone, a jellicent, a krookodile, a haxorus, a sygyliph, and an emboar. For Platinum, I used a torterra, a houndoom, a gyarados, a staraptor, a weavile, and a bronzong.
Wonder if anyone else has played any of the games, or collected the TCGs.

I've played lots of Pokémon throughout my life. Pokemon Sun was the last one I really enjoyed, but all their entries on the Switch have been lackluster. I played Brilliant Diamond, but even that somehow felt less fun than my time with original Pearl.
I suppose I used to watch quite a bit of the amine back in the day as well. That theme song sticks even now.

I loved watching the anime when I was a child.
Why did I join this website? I guess you could say I like the weather.

I'm a Pokemon nerd for sure. My favourite is definitely Alolan Sandslash though. Perfect mix of cute, cool, and wholesome in many ways! Did you know it has a very communal nature, feeding berries to its younger kin from treetops?

Speaking of Alolan Sandslash, I thought a pretty neat little detail in Let's Go was how the sandshrews move when they follow the player. Regular sandshrew curls up into a ball as one would expect, but alolan sandshrew can't curl, so instead it slides around like a little curling stone.

None of the newer pokemon games have really interested me much. I enjoyed the fighting mechanics of legends Arceus but they havent really replicated it since which I think is such a shame
