I don't feel my life is fake. I have YFs.
YFs (and their parents) that would kill you if they knew a part of yourself you are hiding from them.

If you want to hide like a criminal it's okay but don't give people fake hopes, tell them the truth from the start

I have lost so much time with this fucking community
I'm sure the parents already suspect I might be a MAP. I'm not doing anything sexual with their kids, so what is there to complain about? They probably appreciate having someone to entertain their boys.

You also overestimate the hatefulness of children, at least ones that haven't grown up in diseased western cultures.

Outright telling the community I'm a MAP would be absurd and embarrassing for everyone. They would be angry at me for telling them and forcing a response, not for existing. The west really has a lot to learn from the Asian concepts of face-saving and open secrets.
I partially agree with your last sentence about Asian values, but the point I'm trying to make is that we know that online activism is useless if there's no effect on real life, so if you are against real activism then what's the point of discussing MAP activism?, what's the point of this forum?, of giving MAPs any hope for change?

Honestly that's one of the few things I actively dislike from Asian cultures. It's pretty difficult for neurodivergent people to adapt to. Mind you it's not much better in the west where talking about social rules openly is a taboo because it makes people uncomfortable with their social hierarchies and rules, but neither is great in my opinion. I can understand its appeal when the alternative in societies with blunt communication is severe repression and surveillance though, prior to the past couple decades a lot of transgender people in the west got to enjoy relative peace after a difficult transition because of the lack of visibility, whereas now things are pretty dire for anyone who looks androgynous or is intersex because of the backlash and hysteria.
