"The Innocent Child" quickly fades away when "charged as an adult" enters the scene. I am in no way excusing the child from what ever act that made the justice system want to charge them as an adult. However, it see it as hypocrisy. If a mind that age is mature enough in which adult charges are the answer for the act committed, then that age mind is mature enough to decide on sexual consent.
