Should youth full on rebel?

Questions to the under 18s here and anyone else that wants to respond. Do you guys think you should rebel in mass?

Like for instance grounded? "Lol no I'm not get fucked what are you gonna do"

Having sex with whoever "I'm me I can do what I want I'm not a baby"

Forced school "nah imma rebel and star a business and be an adult even though I'm 16"

.....not trying to get banned again but what is the general thoughts of what would happen if something like that transpired?



This kinda goes way back to other posts I made about how youth are WAYYYYY to repressed these days and sometimes reading all the "child custody" cases and what not I can't help but wonder....what if youth just said "enough" and claimed adulthood for themselves? I mean, they can't lock every teenager up right.....RIGHT?

I did this a lot of the time, though I didn't have sex or start a business. Seems I'm no CEO.

Yeah, at the end of the day there's a lot of leeway when you're a kid, but you are a little at the mercy of your parents or how well you can control them.

I've thought about it, my parent's don't know I'm trans. A big worry i have is if they found out they would send me to somewhere like a conversion camp. If that ever happened, I'd just be mute and starve myself until I either run away, they let me free. If i went to some place like that, I'd have nothing to lose. A big fuck you to my parents and whoever runs those institutions. I don't know if they'd really be the type to do that, but It's a plan i have ready just in case.

I already kinda am 'rebelling' though, my parents are christian and a couple years ago they made me have an interview with someone about getting the Aaronic Priesthood. Really chill guy, he didn't get upset or anything about me rejecting it. Just asked if i wanted to discuss with my parents and when i said no he let me leave, my parents still bring me to church everyday. But now I can't go to temples, or do baptisms, etc. Sadly not a lot else you can do against them

Yup, when you're under 18 and I've said multiple times here, by definition you are literally no joke fucking SLAVE and no one seems to give a FUCK that youth are because it's one of those "that's just how it is" things that's became so socially ingrained in our culture that at this point almost not one or at least no one society considers of any importance actually cares and people just accept it.

Yeah, it's the attitude of living your own life. It's not necesarily rebellion but after a certain age (like 15 or 16) you should have the full agency and maturity to just say no to other's impositions, be it your parents or whoever. In fact in a lot of countries you can emancipate by 16 or so, tho at least where I live only if your parents are found to be negligent in court.

Honestly in this day and age adults as well as teens should learn to live more by themselves, it's sad because most of the time either people are treated like permanent children or they're forced to fend for themselves but just because their lives would not be livable otherwise
