CAPTCHA upon login

Twice now I have gotten the CAPTCHA challenge on the first attempt to login to MU. It says it is being triggered due to "too many failed login attempts". Is this happening to anyone else here?

Yes, and also on VoA. Just make sure you have a strong password.
