Do you think under 18s have less rights now?

It's been a while since a new topic was started here so i figured I'd start one.

So do you think under 18s have less rights than they did from the 1900's through early 1990s? if so explain how! If some actual minors on this site want to respond and chime in on this and give their perspective on how and possibly why that'd be great!
