Is there any particular reason why the 2010 Ipce meeting was the last? You’re right that a lot of momentum seemed to dissipate around then. I was feeling like Azov, in 2011, was probably pretty demoralizing, too.

Frans was maybe not as mobile, and started to find it harder to attend meetings. But I don't think he was debilitatingly ill. Certainly, there was less interest for this kind of meeting, but the 2010 IBLD was a success, and no idea what happened to those after that point.
