If you know what "Joe's Special" is, or they have what is called "Ukrainian Joe". Perfect for dinner or breakfast.
The way I make it is so scrumptious. My friends, dinner guests, always love it but I am happy to eat alone today, more for me!
Imagine bacon & eggs, spinach, with some onion & cubed steak, topped with cold sour cream & shredded parmesan cheese.
I don't enjoy meat products much anymore, but lately I've got to eat a lot of beef, because my dog demands it.
So now it's your turn, what's the last thing you ate?
