Exactly how I felt. Not surprised but just really goddamn dumb lmao. At least we didn't have overly negative emotions about it.
Wish I could have know more of myself earlier but I did not know much and could not ask because I felt different from the rest, all that is left is to hope that changes for the new people that will come to this world

Depends how you define "well." Would she abandon you? Most likely. But then how valuable are friends who would abandon you for who you are; friends whom you have to hide aspects of yourself from in order to be accepted. When I came out, some people I regarded as friends betrayed me, proving themselves to not be very good friends, so I considered it a good riddance. Whereas the friends who accepted me and stuck around proved themselves to be trustworthy.

I think these things happens because people are born with their likes and for an "empathy issue" and refusing of "Putting Oneself in Other People's Shoes" for most people is hard for them to relate to something that is not close to their own things. So friends and people may like one because of how they think one is and not for how truly one is.. Only way is to "be the same since the begining", but yes, that just yet is pretty hard for most of us MAPs, always hoping it soon won't be.
