It does. The Internet and social media have such universal appeal because the need for interpersonal connection is part of human nature. No matter where it is and how it is that you end up finding affinities and bonding with others, it's an important part of life and well-being. For people with social anxiety, online interactions can be especially appealing (speaking from experience!).
fraise wrote: Wed Mar 19, 2025 2:00 am maybe i just like the thought of “disturbing” scenarios, idk
I see. I guess the idea of being a young girl in a community of so-called "pedophiles" does qualify as a "disturbing scenario". Though if you've already been acquainted with MAPs, you probably know that most of us are just as ordinarily weird as the normies, that the "predator" and "molester" stereotypes are completely wrong, and that "grooming" is typically just another word for ordinary seduction when society disapproves of the age gap involved.
fraise wrote: Wed Mar 19, 2025 2:00 am would you rather have teeth made out of soap, or a tongue made out of sandpaper?
Oh dear, that has to be the strangest question I've been asked in years. Probably the tongue too, if only because it reminds me of cats, and I consider the cat to be my spirit animal, my totem of sorts. I'm a solitary animal who's hard to really connect with but is soft and cuddly once you do. I hate water. Oh, and I do have an affinity with actual cats. Kittens are nearly as wonderful as little girls. ♡
A sandpaper tongue would be problematic for cunnilingus though, so if I had a romantic partner, I'd go for the soap teeth!

My turn for a question. A rather anti-AMSC family member once told me that younger girls who claim to have a romantic interest in older men care little about affection or intimacy (let alone sex) and really just want a "sugar daddy" to buy them things. Would you ever date a man that's dirt poor if you loved everything about him as a person? (Edit: or a woman/her, sorry for the heteronormativity!)
answer to your question in the last paragraph: probably, but i feel like everyone would answer the same to seem like a better person. i really enjoy physical affection though, and if i liked everything about him in a person, i do feel like i would. it’s hard to know what i’d actually do if i was put in the exact situation , though
also, i’d like to inform you that if i had 3 wishes, i’d choose to have 8 eyes, wooden knees, and eternal wisdom

I never adjust my answers to appear like a better person. I mean, I wouldn't be on this forum otherwise! My autism makes it extremely difficult for me to lie or be manipulative: I'm naively honest to a fault, and it often has put me in trouble (e.g. with my parents and teachers). Still, as a teenager and young adult, I did hide from my family and friends the fact that I fantasized about molesting little girls. It was fortunate that they never asked anything that would have made me disclose that information. Nevertheless, this dissimulation was a huge weight on me and extremely difficult to live with. Most of them know now.

lol what
I really don't get the wooden knees. A lot of eyes sounds like you either find that you don't have enough eldritch abomination in you, or suffer from paranoid hypervigilance so you want to see everything around you. Or maybe you just want spares? Maybe to put them for sale?
Eternal youth isn't part of the list? That's very strange for an AAM. My ex-girlfriend (age 20 to 27 during our relationship) wished she kept her 12/13-year-old looks forever.

I certainly understand the desire for wisdom. Becoming wiser requires so much hard work, and it so often happens that you realize your efforts were misguided and/or pointless.

My greatest wish might also be for timeless wisdom, if it could make me some sort of messianic figure that would bring about world peace and implement laws that respect youth/MAP rights.

Edit: Just noticed your signature change... what's wrong? :(

No lol that's most definitely just me, sorry if it was overwhelming. I'm a writer by trade and an academic by training, so having a screen and a keyboard in front of me inevitably puts my thoughts into overdrive. In writing, I think (and thus write) really fast. Orally, not so much.

I understood that much. You have a strange and off-beat sense of humour. (Not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Not at all, don't worry.

I'm still concerned about that signature of yours. Are you okay?

Cool. :D And I'm glad to know you're doing alright dear. Don't hesitate to talk if you're unwell for whatever reason. We MAPs have a lot of love to give and many of us have few opportunities to give it.

Do you have any favourite anime? We could perhaps start a thread in the Off-Topic section if you're interested in recommendations. As a little boy, the first anime that caught my eye was Cardcaptor Sakura (in retrospect, I'd say I had a bit of a crush on Sakura!), then I watched boys' stuff like Dragonball and Yu-Gi-Oh, but the first series I followed religiously was InuYasha, when I was 11-12. I especially loved the romance in it and shipped Sesshoumaru x Rin, an early sign of how I felt toward such age gap relationships. Later on, some of my favourites include Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Psycho-Pass, and Shinsekai Yori, just to name a few. If you tell me about your tastes, I can give you tailored suggestions. I've watched hundreds.

What do you draw? I love to draw all sorts of imaginative creatures, often in the horror genre, and sometimes do landscapes, nature, flowers... I'm terrible at drawing people and manga though, but I'm practicing!

P.S. I started a thread you might want to participate in.

General reminder to responding users (particularly those who failed to pass moderation in this thread), that our rules include the following:
While Mu does not prohibit participation by legal minors, we do require participation to be in good faith. Individuals who identify as minors may not use our forum to engage in any kind of provocative or flirtatious behavior. This includes (but is not limited to) asking how to meet MAPs. Likewise, communications by MAPs toward those identifying as minors must remain beyond reproach
Replies to these topics should be in good faith with respect to the rules. Should we have warned a user once (even verbally, informally) as to what rules they agreed to, we will be minded to ban users who continue to show an immediate tendency towards cultivating off-site communication, or for purposes other than those MAP Forum exists to serve.

Hehe, those are generally more the kind of anime I like to see pornographic doujinshi of, rather than ones I enjoy watching. I generally don't like slice-of-life anime, so unfortunately, there won't be that much common ground between our tastes. Except for the fact that I 100% agree about the cuteness.

I actually don't particularly appreciate cute anime when it's the primary appeal. I like all sorts of creative visual styles, especially when combined with deep philosophical themes (Serial Experiments Lain does do that, to be fair), like works directed by Akiyuki Shinbo, or Mawaru Penguindrum.

Never heard about Watamote nor Okegom.

I did like the recent Higurashi remake, although I wasn't too fond of the first iteration. If you like cute moe stuff AND disturbing scenarios, I might recommend Made In Abyss, which seamlessly blends both. One of the most slice-of-life-ish anime I liked was Mushishi, but there isn't a lot of cuteness in it. Do you like Studio Ghibli movies?

Lucky you... People in an anime style are what I'd like to draw most, but it's also what I'm worst at drawing. XD
I've always dreamed that I could draw my own lolicon. We don't choose our talents...

yeah, ive watched most of the studio ghibli movies, i think the art in them is beautiful, particularly spirited away and the one with that big city in the sky and the girl with the necklace (i genuinely forget the name)

& honestly, lolicon is ALL i can draw when drawing manga
even if i try to do something else
probably cus the only art i really reference off of is lolicon art
