I think:
1. tabs for indentation,
2. spaces for alignment,
3. alignment is a waste of time so don't even bother.
Reasoning: Tabs for indentation allows individuals to choose their preferred indentation amount without messing up the code for others. I learned that this is especially important for people with visual disabilities, who apparently need to make the text really big and reduce the tab size to one space per tab so it doesn't go way off the screen horizontally.
So, are you pro-tab or anti-tab?
Programmers: spaces or tabs?
Re: Programmers: spaces or tabs?
I mean, if you're using Python you kind of have to use tabs...
