A lower percentage of posts by founder members is usually considered healthy - the current percentage is well below the falling lifetime average of around 27%...

Since this last update, the rate of posting has increased an an even greater rate to 52 posts per day. If this were to hold by the end of the month, it would appear to represent an unsustainable increase.

We are staying calm about staffing, but if the rate of posting were to hold above something like 40, it would become necessary to recruit new moderators. We are always open to approaches from those established users who believe they have the skill to handle moderating a forum like this.
