Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to point out this blog I've been following where a guy reviews the designs and concepts of every single pokemon, even the unreleased beta ones. His reviews are quite insightful, and I feel like I've learned much about the inspirations behind the mons we all love. Particularly enlightening are his entries on Tangela, Forretress, Gastrodon, Skeledirge, and Meowscarada, among others. Also it's fun to see the many opinions people bring to the comment sections.
