Well you have to understand that all of what we are as humans are basically vehicles constructed by genes to improve the odds that we copy these genes. In our species the way we evolve to do this is sex. Every aspect of you has to evolve in the direction of making you *better* at having sex and making babies over the generations. That's why we have all of these both wonderful and not so wonderful features we have. So when asking about rape, we have to consider the separate gametic roles. Men are really more of a spray and prey strategy, inseminate as much as possible, less parental investment, ect.. females are more defensive and picky, more parental investment, choosey with mates. This is because females make larger gametes and have to care and grow the baby inside of them, there are higher energy and time costs for females. Essentially, they have to be more careful who they pick. So females evolve, like males, sexual preferences to help them do this. When you rape a woman, if you, your phenotypes, features, don't pass her threshold of 'Male I want to have babies with', they prefer no not have babies with you. While women do evolve to have sexual preferences for rape, because ultimately rape results in gene copies for women, and that's better than nothing as far as Evolution is concerned, it's not necessarily the preferred strategy. They generally prefer to select a mate, not to have one forced upon them.
