And the shitty part is she gets literally zero choice in any of that, she just has to do what the adults say and if she does not they will make her by FORCE, screw what she wants. How this shit is legal is beyond me.

I think that the Prussian school system had a dealing in putting kids in school until they turn 18, K-12.

Well in some US states, the age of majority isn't until 19. One roadblock I do see (which can be fixed) is how school is structured. Most US students do not graduate until the age of 18/19. So there would need to be an accelerated pathway available at every single school that allows 16 year-olds to earn the credits to graduate. There is the option of emancipation. How about more education on it for 16 year-olds so they can file with the court for emancipation? Maybe create a network of lawyers that will do this advising and help file the paperwork pro bono. Use the system as is until something can be changed.
Part of the solution would be realizing that not everyone is necessarily built for college.
I enjoyed my university degree very much, but the world also need more "technical" workers such as plumbers, agricultural workers, store clerks etc.

Exactly, my father started as a plumber, now he is the owner of several companies in the field and my main employer, and earns almost triple as I do after my degree.
Academia and degrees are not everything in life.

You don't seem to care about people who are younger than 16. Are you telling me that they are not entitled to rights.
