Frans was maybe not as mobile, and started to find it harder to attend meetings. But I don't think he was debilitatingly ill. Certainly, there was less interest for this kind of meeting, but the 2010 IBLD was a success, and no idea what happened to those after that point.

There were definitely some interesting additions there. A few of which I see as slightly tangential to our story, though.
