The always intelligent and well-informed people of the internet have recently started clamoring for me to address a scandalizing new incident: an Israeli government official, it is said, was arrested in Nevada for child-sex crimes, and then, shockingly, allowed to flee the United States and return to Israel. This incident, I gather, is supposed to show how wrong I am about Jeffrey Epstein.

Alexandrovich then flew back to Israel. He is required back in court in Nevada on August 27. Is it possible that the Israeli consulate provided assistance to Alexandrovich? Sure. It is possible.

However, possibly more significant is that there was no child sex-crime victim. The alleged “luring” of a “child” took place on an adults-only hookup app. And no evidence is cited that Alexandrovich was ever even told that the “juvenile decoy” was purportedly 15 years old.

If you want to be outraged by something, might I suggest being outraged that taxpayer resources are being squandered on this garbage.

A former Danish government minister was jailed for four months on Monday for possession of thousands of images of child sexual abuse. [...] He had denied the charges, saying he had the material because he was trying to find out who had abused him as a child. Sass Larsen testified that he received another video clip in 2020, in which a three-year-old girl was raped in his presence when he was around the same age.

The two videos disappeared after he viewed them, the former minister said. He told the court he regretted not having contacted police when he received the videos.

Sass Larsen was also accused of being in possession of a child sex doll, but the court did not find him guilty on that charge.

A comedian and actor from Hickory, North Carolina, has been arrested on child sex crime charges, authorities said Friday.

Jon Reep, 53, was booked into the Catawba County Detention Facility on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, the county’s sheriff’s office said Friday. Bond was set at $260,000.

An investigation began in April into an account connected to Reep after the Hickory Police Department received a tip, the agency said Friday. Officers executed a search warrant and seized electronic devices, police said.

A grand jury handed up one charge of second-degree sexual exploitation of minor and nine charges of third-degree sexual exploitation of minor, police said.

Jeffrey Cooper, the Calabasas resident and Hollywood architect convicted of child molestation in May 2022, is out of prison and back in the community, records show, and earlier than might have been expected.

Cooper, 74, was sentenced to eight years behind bars after a Los Angeles County Superior Court jury found him guilty of three felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child. The crimes occurred in Cooper’s Calabasas home in 2006 and 2007, and involved a victim who was between 12 and 13 years old at the time. The jury was unable to reach a verdict on charges involving a second girl whom Cooper allegedly assaulted between 2012 and 2016, leading to a mistrial on those counts.

In 2022 Cooper’s accusers brought a civil lawsuit against him and the Calabasas Shul, claiming personal injuries and damages arising from childhood sexual abuse. The Superior Court website shows a hearing in the case set for Sept. 15, apparently to discuss a potential settlement.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is facing backlash after she recalled an interaction she once had with a 12-year-old fan.

During an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Thursday, Sept. 4, the actress, 55, recounted being approached by the child for an autograph while at driving range with her husband Michael Douglas.

The man accused of obstructing the Charlie Kirk murder probe is in even more hot water ... he's now been charged with possessing child porn.

George Zinn -- who falsely told police he shot Kirk moments after the attack -- was charged with obstruction of justice following the September 10 shooting death of the conservative activist at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT.

Now, Zinn has been charged with 4 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after FBI agents examined his phone and found images of underage girls dressed only in their underwear, according to court documents filed Tuesday by Utah prosecutors. The docs say Zinn admitted to the feds he gets "sexually aroused" by children.

On September 10, Zinn was arrested and cuffed by police at UVU minutes after Kirk was shot in the neck while taking questions from a stage during one of his college events.

Cops say Zinn complained of chest pains and was brought to a hospital, where he told investigators he lied and was not Kirk's shooter.

FBI agents showed up at the hospital to interview Zinn, asking him if there was anything illegal on his phone, court records say. Zinn allegedly responded that he uses the phone to watch "child sexual abuse material."
