Holy shit...

I see two possible situations here. Either all those "It has been eating me up for months now, even making life harder to live" and "Everything he has said and put me through has taken a toll on me mentally. Sometimes I can’t sleep at night" things are true or they aren't.

If it's false, it means that she is lying to harm the career of someone she dislikes, to boost her own... or both. And she has gotten away with it, and people are acclaiming her.

If it's true, it means that there is a social phenomenon that is reaching new and increasingly worrying limits. A social phenomenon that consists of convincing people that they should experience as much suffering as possible due to social interactions that could be, and should be, completely harmless. A way of generating suffering where there should be none.

I don't know which one is worse.

LANSING — A former state administrative law judge has been sentenced to more than three years prison in connection with an internet child predator sting.

Christopher Woolf, 45, was convicted by a jury on Aug. 7 on charges of child sexually abusive activity, accosting a child for immoral purposes and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime.

Ingham County Circuit Judge Clinton Canady III sentenced him on Monday, Sept. 29 to 40 months to 20 years in prison on the two most serious charges − child sexually abusive activity and one of the computer crime counts.

Authorities alleged that Woolf responded to an online post by a state police trooper posing as a 15-year-old girl and sent her sexual photos of himself, court records indicate. He was arrested when he went to meet the "girl," the records indicate.

Another story involving a Judge. Kind of defies belief, when they finally catch a Judge for this kind of thing, the details include a proposal to rape and torture a toddler...

Two things immediately spring to mind...

1. If literally all of your "catches" consist of these elderly morons responding to fake minors, might it be somewhat reasonable to assume these criminals wouldn't have existed or been allowed to exist if not for the painstaking work of our much-loved civil servants?

2. The offence is literally listed as "luring", lol. Take a look at their photos and you be the judge! Could either of these heavy-breathers have "lured" a fly?

The document included a February 2024 exchange with a 15-year-old boy in which Smith engaged in what prosecutors described as "race play." A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by a man who claimed that, as the naked baby featured on the cover of the rock band Nirvana’s 1991 album, he had been the victim of child sexual abuse imagery.

The photograph, taken when the man, Spencer Elden, was 4 months old, became synonymous with Nirvana’s seminal second album, “Nevermind.”

Judge Fernando Olguin of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California ruled on Tuesday that the album cover did not meet the criteria for child sex abuse imagery.
