Dott faces two charges of sexual abuse involving primary school-age children in the Glasgow region. The first relates to alleged offences committed between 1993 and 1996, involving a girl; the second involves a boy between 2006 and 2010.


The accused denies all charges, with his defence declaring the allegations are fabricated and false. A preliminary trial date has been set for 17 August next year in Glasgow, and Dott remains on bail pending that hearing.

A former NFL player who is now a Tennessee high school football coach was arrested in a prostitution sting after he allegedly paid to have sex with what he thought was a 16-year-old girl.

Jay Graham, who spent five years in the league as a running back with multiple teams, allegedly responded to a fake adult escort website and agreed to pay $120 for sex — even after the person he thought he was talking to said she was underage.

Graham, 50, was immediately taken into custody on Wednesday when he arrived at a Nashville hotel and handed the cash to someone who was actually an undercover cop, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.

As usual, no details of the incriminating behavior are given (age of the kids, kind of sexual interaction), only disgusted words. From these words one can assume he was no real pedophile*, but just a criminal of the worst kind, who didn't care at all about the children and just wanted to egoistically profit from them. But to what extent can we trust the information?

*in the sense he didn't really love children. And also, remember that being a pedophile is not a crime.

The guilt of the late Cardinal Henryk Gulbinowicz is not in doubt, Archbishop Gintaras Grušas of Vilnius said, after local politicians questioned Church sanctions against the Polish prelate for sexual abuse.

Following an investigation, in November 2020 the Vatican barred Gulbinowicz from public appearances and ordered him to pay compensation to a fund for abuse victims. He died that month aged 97, and was denied burial in the cathedral in Wrocław, where he was archbishop from 1976 to 2004.

“In ecclesiastical processes, the Holy See is the highest instance and the last appellate institution, and its announced decision is final and unappealable,” Archbishop Grušas said on 10 October.
