Charging documents for Gillespie, who was arrested in a sex sting, included a transcript of a chat on Session, a common platform.

Gillespie’s lawyer, David Shrager, called the messages an “internet fantasy chat” and said no crime was committed.

Defense contractor Govini said Gillespie was no longer a majority shareholder and would not receive a paycheck since his termination.

A former “American Idol” contestant charged with raping a minor creepily fronted a band called Sexual Harassment after he was booted from the reality show — twice.

Randy Madden, 45, started the presciently named group after he failed to gain a single “yes” from the “American Idol” judges in 2008 when he tried to wow them with a performance of Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer,” which Simon Cowell savagely cut off after about 20 seconds.

The Californian was a 27-year-old with tattoos and bandanas and a resume that included cubicle work as a sales rep and no time playing in bands, so Paula Abdul and the other judges encouraged him to cut his teeth onstage if he wanted to make a go as a rocker.

The band got word that Joseph Seiders, their drummer for the past decade, had been arrested in Palm Desert, California, on child pornography and other related charges. According to a police statement, an 11-year-old boy told authorities that on April 7, an unknown man had recorded him on a cell phone while he was using the bathroom at a fast-food restaurant. Two days later, an employee at that same restaurant called the police about a man “entering and exiting the restroom with juvenile males at the business.”

The prosecution has appealed the appellate court's acquittal of actor Oh Youngsoo (81), who had previously been found guilty in the first trial on charges of indecent assault.

According to the legal community on November 18, the prosecution filed an appeal on November 17 with the Suwon District Court Criminal Appellate Division 6 (Presiding Judges: Kwak Hyungseop, Kim Eunjeong, and Kang Heekyung), which had delivered the appellate verdict on Oh's indecent assault case, citing misinterpretation of the law and other reasons.

Oh was indicted without detention in November 2022 on charges of forcibly hugging theater troupe member A on a walking trail and kissing A on the cheek in front of A's residence during the summer of 2017 while staying in a provincial area for a theater performance. These incidents allegedly occurred on two separate occasions.
