OK that made me giggle...
The comments by "Haemophilia_Type_A" are the only ones that make sense. This one, sadly, has 0 upvotes:
Who cares about being 'weird' as long as you're not hurting anyone? It's immature to care so much about being normal that you'd stop enjoying things that make you happy just because other people might judge you for it.
I don't like the show in question, but I'll be damned if I'll let social norms stop me enjoying the things that I enjoy even if they're "weird".
I rewatched the entire first season of Pokémon—in the original Japanese—at ~26. Letting society dictate what age is appropriate to enjoy some given art is nonsensical. The appreciation of art should transcend all ages, all cultures, all epochs.
Alice's Adventures In Wonderland was originally written as a children's book (by a man who was most likely a GL). The idea that "children" and "adults" should more or less exist in two separate "worlds" is one of the great tragedies of our contemporary world.
As for that silly concept of "degeneracy" frequently brought up in that Reddit thread, I've got so much to say about it that it deserves its own post and its own thread... eventually.

Anna Slatz on relentless pursuit of a guy who sold dolls:

Also, I think Todd Nickerson had one of his interviews recycled on X.

The replies to this are as you would expect, absolutely absurd. Shame on Anna for the relentless harassment and targeting she is doing over a doll. These people are wasting their time on an issue that isn't even an issue.
One reply mentioning how studies "have shown it actually increases propensity to offend". Yeah, it does when you only rely on studies that sample from known offenders. That's called the survivorship bias, Twitter user "hereforthe87007".
Other than that, all the replies are the typical hysteria you expect from normies. They won't ever understand the struggle.

I can't see the replies because I don't want to sign up for twitter.
What's the general reaction like? The usual, I assume?

This Townhall piece is
utterly insane. He whips himself up into a frenzy and appears to channel what I can only describe as a feature-length end-times paroxysm with demons, gargoyles and a classic Karpman drama triangle. Is he still alive, can someone check?

It was only a matter of time.
After years of gender confusion being pumped into public schools, drag queens reading to toddlers in libraries, hormone blockers being given to children behind their parents’ backs, and activist teachers deliberately undermining family values—we’ve arrived at the next predictable, sickening stop on the cultural depravity express: the normalization of pedophilia.
(...)
So let me say what the media won’t: A society that even hesitates to draw a moral line against pedophilia is a society unworthy of survival.
And a political ideology that keeps finding new ways to excuse, repackage, or soften the language around child sexual abuse doesn’t just hate morals, traditions, or Christianity.
It hates children.
It hates the clarity children bring. It hates their joy. It hates their vulnerability. And worst of all, it hates the idea that parents—not bureaucrats, not social engineers, not “MAP”-friendly therapists—should be the ones to raise them.
The radical Left has lost the argument on merit, on science, and on decency. All it has left is narrative manipulation and institutional capture. Which is why groups like B4U-ACT exist in the first place—to soften the ground, prep the language, and sell the lie.
