I’ve never played it, but I love the imagery created on YouTube. Stories of kids in dystopian worlds undergoing experiments that turn them into monsters. In one case, abusers coordinated to set up a virtual strip club in the app Roblox and pay underage users the in-game currency, ‘Robux’, to have their avatars strip in the environment. Savage said she told Meta not to allow the app on its VR platform. “You can now download it in their app store,” she added.

YouTuber Schlep, who is banned from Roblox, is warning parents about child predators on the platform.
Schlep exposed predators trading child sexual abuse material for Robux, which led to six arrests.

Roblox is a platform where users create their own games, worlds, and projects, and other players can join them. The game has extensive social features: chat, friendship, cooperative gameplay, in-game purchases. This provides many opportunities but also creates risks.
