The boomer media are pumping nonsensical articles on the fake "cult" of "Spawnism" on Roblox. They are putting them behind paywalls so the misinformation is cocooned inside the boomer-trap and can't be dealt with by skeptical readers.

Trust me, this personal injury bullcrap is a massive fucking con of the likes we have never seen before. Dolman is a grifter. All of these victim-chasing lawyers are as shady as fuck. In ten years time, stories will be coming out about youth having been pressurized into these lawsuits by parents for their own financial gain.

I do wonder what the current generation of minors in areas affected by bans like this are going to think of the government when they reach voting age. Roblox is played practically by the entire generation of youth. If a child has access to the internet, they probably spend at least some time on Roblox. A lot of them go as far as to make games on it and make real money for their efforts.

They're taking the #1 pastime for a significant percentage of children and teens and just going to... ban them from accessing it outright. When those kids reach voting age, they're going to hate the people responsible for that and we'll probably see a swing the other direction.

Anyway, I'm glad they at least got to experience their own anarchic and unregulated phase — kind of like those who lived through the early days of the internet. Honestly, I believe that kind of freedom is essential for growth. I just feel sorry for those who come after, who will have fewer and fewer spaces, and I'm not so sure they'll be able to carve out any of their own.
