Many vigilantes are often criminals themselves. Take Tommy Fellows of Colorado Ped Patrol. It seems in recent years, Fellows has gotten a lot of attention but not because of his entrapment operations. Among Tommy's own arrests and accusations are of child abuse, misrepresenting the non-profit status of his organization, and assaulting a former supporter.

FOUR wannabe vigilantes have been sentenced for their respective roles in an armed break-in at the address of an alleged paedophile.

Luke Faulkner-Ellis, Mark Jones, Harvey Smallwood and Caitlin Thomas all had their part to play in a break-in at Naylor Court, Northwich.

Chester Crown Court has heard how Faulkner-Ellis and Jones were inside the property with a large machete while Smallwood and Thomas were outside the property as lookouts in the early hours of April 15, 2023.

Prosecuting, Jade Tufail said the first two did not get beyond the front hallway but they did damage to the walls and the windows of the address of an alleged paedophile who had been in court over indecent images.
