“They really need to make sure that they’re dealing with the right person at the right residence. If they’re wrong, the consequences could be devastating,” Stegner told The Post, adding the Castle Doctrine, which allows someone to stand their ground defending their property, could put them in particular danger.

“I have a bad feeling one of these is going to end up horribly. Worst case scenario is that one of the streamers or YouTubers is going to get killed,” he said.

Every cop that would show up to confront a predator was armed. “Even the decoy [pretending to be a minor] was an armed officer,” he said, noting many of these men are highly dangerous, and he’s taken handcuffs, valium, ropes, knives, and guns off them after arresting them.

“I think it’s too much of a risk to not only themselves, but bystanders, I mean, if you’re meeting at a Walmart parking lot or a park where a kid could be on a bicycle, there could be a shooting,” he said.

These individuals believe they are messaging a child in their early teens, or in some cases, a mother offering them sex with her child. In reality, Dumpen is on the other side of the chat.

The conversations are often explicitly sexual, and in some cases, a meeting is arranged. If that meeting is scheduled to take place in Norrbotten or Västerbotten, it is likely that Tina and Solveig will show up for the confrontation.

A masked man caught with a paintball gun in public claimed that he was looking for a paedophile.

Glasgow Sheriff Court heard how two witnesses outside Duke’s Bar spotted Gallagher, who was also wearing a hood, around midnight.

The pair watched as Gallagher spoke to a man across the road in the common close of a block of flats.

The man was heard to tell Gallagher to leave, but he did not want to.

Prosecutor Darren Harty stated: “Gallagher said he wanted to see a man called Martin, who was a paedophile in the area.

“He said that he would ‘catch the b******’ and asked the man to ‘show me his house’ and ‘where does he stay’.

Gallagher claimed that he had a licence for “this thing” and that he needed to charge a gas cannister for it.

WELLINGTON, Utah (KUTV) — A man was arrested facing an attempted murder charge after he allegedly stabbed another man 17 times for making comments about his daughter several days prior.

Thad James Gurule, 32, was arrested after a man covered in blood was located on a front porch in Wellington on Monday, according to arrest documents. Police said the man had multiple life-threatening wounds.

The victim — who was determined to have been stabbed 17 times — was transported to a hospital where he informed officers that he did not know the name of the perpetrator. The victim said he had met the suspect and his family at a post office a few days before.

"I swear to God, if the police come in. If the police come into the church, I will (expletive) kill them because I'm not having a pedophile walk our (expletive) streets," the caller said.

The caller went on to say he was "already around the corner" and "had a gun."

Once the call was made, authorities arrived at the church and put it on lockdown.
