Judith Levine is most known around here for her book Harmful to Minors: The Perils of Protecting Children from Sex as well as The Feminist and the Sex Offender. In this vid, she presents much of the same ideas for the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Public Affairs. I think it's a neat thing to have on record. Doesn't seem to have had much attention.

Actually, it seems Judith Levine has done quite a few talks since publishing those books. Still going strong giving talks about all sorts of big social issues. As far as I call tell from a quick YouTube search anyway.

There is a small but important clique of women that seem to be doing more for MAPs than we're able to do for ourselves: Judith Levine, Emily Horowitz (From rage to reason), Lenore Skenazy (Free-range kids), Catherine Carpenter (Panicked Legislation, etc)

You are right. These women are amazing! And I need to look up more of their work.
I just looked at Lenore Skenazy in particular. Her work has actually succeeded in changing a few laws apparently.
Very inspirational.
