The kind of monster I am

Writing an apology letter that will go unread.
They don’t want my apologies.
They think they know me.
They know I have no remorse,
That I'm a predatory monster.
If I’m a monster,
I'm a monster that
Cries 'til my tear ducts run dry,
Whose whole body is trembling uncontrollably,
Whose empty stomach heaves over the toilet eventually bringing up stomach acid and blood.
And not an inch because I "got caught".
That's the kind of monster I am.
