Give me some brutally honest feedback.
I don't feel it went well.
I plan on doing my own reflection podcast.

That was difficult to listen to, I hope you are OK?
I think you did alright as far as getting ur opinions out there, but to normies I feel like you did not come off well. As far as a non map interviewer who disagreed with you I think Mrgirl not as harsh as he might of been, besides a view parts.

Do you think there are particular moments where I could’ve come off better to a normie audience? Or am I doomed from the moment I say I’m have a conviction and believe the law should be changed?

Possibly doomed. I'll have to reflect more about it.
Mrgirl even made me wonder about what drives parts of my attractions

Like I might not be as into an adult brain in a Hebe body...

That was a damn good question. I have to give it to him. And I had nothing for it in the heat of the moment. I’ll be addressing it in my follow up, but that’ll be too late for the normies.
Visibility though.
And I wasn’t Geoffrey Leonard.

That’s actually the name of the movie the quote comes from. It’s a great movie.

On the one hand having an “offender” as the face of a reform movement is “bad optics”. But on the other hand if the general public can’t see that “offence” as permissible then reform will never be achieved.

It was fine overall. Much better than I was expecting after your melodramatic response in our admin chat. You generally brought up the key points at appropriate times. You missed a discussion on how the AoC got raised beyond 12 in the US; the motivations, as you know, were quite sinister.
Some thoughts
It felt like both of you were reading your own scripts for the first half of the discussion and not having a proper conversation. I also felt that you let him bully you a bit into answering a certain way, and you should have pushed back even more against that. He really gaslit you at times. I would have been more aggressive, but you've been beaten down pretty badly by life the past 18 months.
His focus on the parents rather than young people themselves was telling. We need to do more youth lib, even if not at Dissident levels.
There are not that many 16 year old boys that look like 13 year olds and are actively seeking sexual contact with middle-aged men, even in East Asia. We're talking about a fraction of a fraction.
When people suggest your views on the AoC are 'convenient', you must start quoting the fact that the co-author of the 16/12 framework is a pedohebephile with an AoA of 8-14!
MrGirl's argument about the risk of a young person being stuck between an offer of sexual activity from a teacher and an abusive pushy parent was a hard one to counter. I would have argued for closer teacher-student relationships in general helping to avoid that, and the notion that clear evidence of harm should always be required before imprisonment.
There may be some validity to MrGirl's argument of you needing boys to be a certain way emotionally to derive the satisfaction you seek, but that is not universal. I am attracted to young boys who are very mature emotionally, but not adults with the minds of children. Again, I wish you'd brought up that the co-author of 16/12 would have very different answers to the key questions. You should have discussed a variety of community perspectives, not just your own.
1:18:00 was a great counter-argument from you! You got him to choke on his own argument.
For 1:24:00, I would have brought up The Push. There would be no trickery involved absent of a need borne of hysteria and criminalization.
Overall, MrGirl didn't prove that sex with teens is wrong, and nor did you really persuade people otherwise. Nobody won that debate.
I don't think you are a predator. I can see how the way he said it might have got into your head. Time to write your reflection piece and then move on.

That's fair, tho I think you would agree that the consent should be more enthusiastic than what it seems like one of ur cases implies (not that I'm saying you are a bad face for the movement).
