Why do you specifically need MAPs to be attracted to you?

Even as you get older there will still be plenty of adult attracted adults that like you.

Not wrong. You're allowed to like that. And you allowed to be sad that people will like you for decent reasons.

But you don't need to despair, because you will still be loved.

You might even be able to find a non-exclusive MAP if that's what you're really into.

Try not to worry about it too much or you’ll end up stressed out. It’s one of those things that you can’t do anything about anyway. It’s just out of your control.

I don’t know how old you are but lots of MAPs have different AoAs. Just like lots of AAMs do too. You could be outside of my own personal AoA for example, but still within plenty of other MAPs tastes. If it makes you feel better, I’m positive there’s a lot of MAPs out there who still see the pretty little girl they really want and are checking you out when they see you.

You are not the first I've heard this from. But as the others have said, do not worry. The world is full of many possibilities.
You sound like you may be into ageplay or age regression in your future. Something to look into.

Cringe is dead. But yeah I used to feel this way too. Honestly, fear of growing older for any reason is probably one of the most normal/universal sensations we will ever feel. Our society values youth through and through and even people with much older socially acceptable AoAs still fear aging out of their partners attraction. In the end we just have to accept the fear, and try not to let it get in the way of loving ourselves. You're becoming more, not less.
